Dr. LaSalle Lefall Jr. installed as president of the American College of Surgeons

Dr. LaSalle Lefall Jr., prominent surgeon, oncologist and medical educator, recently was installed as the 76th president of the American College of Surgeons (ACS) during convocation ceremonies concluding the college's annual Clinical Congress in New Orleans, LA.
Dr. Lefall, a professor and chairman at Howard University College of Medicine, also holds the title of Charles R. Drew professor at Howard University in Washington, D.C.
