Earl G. Graves holds Chicago reception for new book, 'How to Succeed in Business Without Being White.'

Publisher and CEO of Black Enterprise Magazine Earl G. Graves recently celebrated the release of his new book, How To Succeed In Business Without Being White, with a gala reception and book-signing in Chicago.
The event was held at the lavish Four Seasons Hotel.
Graves, son, Earl G. Graves Jr., who is the executive vice president and chief operating officer for Black Enterprise, served as the master of ceremonies for the gala.
