Harvard Scientiest Honored: Dr. S. Allen Counter, a prominent Harvard University neuroscientist, recently was awarded a doctor of medical science degree from the Karolinska Nobel Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. Dr. Counter earned the rare honor after four years of study and is the first Black to receive the top degree.
