Actor Yaphet Kotto to wed Filipina love; draws up pre-nuptial agreement

Yaphet Kotto, who portrays Lt. Al Giardello on the TV drama "Homicide: Life on the Street", plans to wed his Filipina love soon. And, he also says he has plans for a prenuptial agreement.

"Definitely there will be a prenup. It's being drawn up now," Kotto told the Washington Post. "And if the marriage doesn't work, I will try again. I'm like Elizabeth Taylor. I'll just keep doing it," the veteran actor chuckled.

Kotto, 48, and his fiancee, Tessie Sinahon, 28, who arrived in the United States in May, plan to wed at the end of June. The two met four years ago and kept in touch by phone.

This will be the third marriage for Kotto, the father of five.
