U.S. Rep. Mel Reynolds graduates from Harvard with all student loans paid

U.S. Representative Mel Reynolds (D-IL) recently graduated from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Not only has he received a master's degree in public administration, he's also paid all of his student loans at the university.
