Special Louisiana music promotional partnerships are being planned with Putumayo Records, the House of Blues, CNN Worldbeat, BET on Jazz, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OFFbeat magazine, The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and The Montreal Jazz Festival to name a few.

Phillip Jones, Secretary of the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism added: "Louisiana's music has become an attraction in itself, both nationally and internationally. Travelers interested in our culture recognize the authenticity of our Cajun, zydeco and jazz music and the language of our music is universal."
