* Oklahoma's Langston University is getting down to business thanks to a $465,000 federal grant earmarked for the first new minority business development center at a historically black college in five years. The Langston University Minority Business Development Center (MBDC) will service minority entrepreneurs in all areas of business such as accounting, marketing, planning, and administration.
