Paula Cholmondeley has been named vice president and general manager of specialty products at Sappi Fine Paper North America in Boston. She is responsible for the company's Release, Technical and Converting, and Uncoated paper businesses. Previously she was president and general manager of two Owens Corning divisions.

Phil Wilkerson has been named senior vice president and chief technology officer for GlobalFulfillment.com, a Los Angeles-based international retail e-commerce systems and fulfillment provider. His responsibilities include directing international technical operations. Previously, he was technology director for The Gap Inc.

M. Gasby Greely has been named executive vice president and director of strategic resource development for the Washington Opera in Washington, D.C. She oversees the organization's development, marketing and communications departments. Previously, she was senior vice president of development for the National Urban League.

Burgess A. Harrison has been named vice president of marketing for Realtech Systems Corp., a network engineering and consulting firm in New York City. He is responsible for the global marketing and communications. Previously, he was cofounder and president of StatChek Inc.

Tina A. Walls has been named vice president of corporate affairs for the Miller Brewing Co. in Milwaukee. She will oversee the division responsible for public policy strategy, marketing communications and media relations. Previously, she was vice president of external affairs for Miller Brewing Co.'s parent company, Philip Morris.
