Karen Caldwell has been promoted to senior vice president in the treasury risk and asset management group of LaSalle Bank, one of the largest banks in the Midwest with nearly $60 billion in assets. Her responsibilities include maximizing the total rate of return on economic capital. She is also charged with administering the Bank Owned Life Insurance Program.
She previously served as the bank's first vice president.
