Loretta E. Lynch has been appointed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Her duties include overseeing the management of the Reserve Banks and Branches, contributing to the formulation of national monetary and credit policies, and acting as a link between government and the private sector.
Lynch is currently a partner at the New York office of Hogan & Hartson L.L.P
