3 Kevin Liles has been named executive vice president of Warner Music Group in New York. Liles brings 15 years of expertise in urban and rock music genres as well as marketing and brand extension to WMG's corporate operations. He began his career as an unpaid intern at Def Jam, the company in which he eventually became president and CEO.
He is also the former executive vice president of Island Def Jam Music Group.
