* Back in Texas, the Court of Criminal Appeals is challenging a November decision by State District Judge Ted Poe that would allow TV cameras to record jury deliberations in the murder trial of seventeen-year-old Cedric Harrison. Poe's ruling--one of many controversial and inordinate positions throughout his career--would violate the privacy of jury deliberations.
