EDWARD J. HERTENSTEIN is an Assistant Professor of Labor and Industrial Relations, assigned to the Labor Education Program at the Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He teaches Labor on the Internet to union members across the state of Illinois, and his research focuses on blue-collar use of the Internet.
He received a B.S. in Labor Studies from Indiana University, and an A.M. and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois.
