Sign up For a New Font

We all have a distinguishable John Hancock. Now you can make your mark by making a single keystroke on your Macintosh. Marietta Allen, owner of Digital Technologies and Consulting, a creative services company in Newburgh, New York, turns signatures into a single-keystroke laser signature font. It can be adjusted to varying point sizes with high resolution that allows you to sign letters with what looks like an authentic signature. Allen can also create a font that lets you type your logo.

If you want your signature converted, use a black pen (it must have black ink so it's dark enough to scan properly) and sign your name the way you usually sign it. Write your signature 10 times on a sheet of unlined white paper. For logos, send a clean sheet of paper bearing the graphic symbol. Mail your order along with your name, address, telephone number, and a $40 payment to Marietta Allen, 27 Colden Hill Road, Newburgh, New York 12550; (914) 566-1425.
