Antoine Denert, mayor of the Belgian city of Kruibeke, wants people to be a little nicer to each other. "I will set an example and start in my own village by caressing, cuddling, and kissing as many people as possible," he says. Denert also has proposed replacing the Ministry of Defense with a Ministry of Tenderness.
