If the patrons at MacDinton's Irish Pub in Tampa, Florida, don't stop drinking so much, the establishment could go out of business. No, really. The city says it's a restaurant, so it has to get at least 51 percent of its revenue from food or it will lose its alcohol license. The pub (or restaurant) gets 75 percent of its revenue from alcohol.
