Italy's health minister, Girolamo Sirchia, believes his countrymen smoke too much, and he knows why: movies and TV. So he wants to broadcast a government health warning anytime an actor lights up. Under his plan, a subtitle reading "Warning, this is pro-smoking propaganda" would pop up under every scene with cigarettes.
