Arizona's Paradise Valley Unified School District already tests high school athletes and club members for drugs. Now the school system says it wants to expand its testing program down to students in the seventh grade. The new program will be funded by the Maricopa County district attorney's office, which apparently has no better use for the $20,000 it will cost.
