Also, 43 percent say she is using only her first name on signs and bumper stickers as a way to distance herself from Bill Clinton, while 39 percent say it's just a campaign gimmick (Fox News/Opinion Dynamics poll).

* Since the reinstatement of capital punishment in the United States in 1976, some 610 people have been executed while 85 have been found wrongfully convicted and released from death row (statement by Sen. Patrick Leahy, a Vermont Democrat, upon introducing legislation aimed at capital-punishment reform).
