Helping to halt egregious child-custody decisions
0 Comments | Insight on the News, June 21, 1999 | by Connie Valentine
I am writing on behalf of the California Protective Parents Association to thank Kelly Patricia O'Meara for her articles on the egregious custody decisions being made in California and other states ["Has Psychiatry Gone Psycho?" April 26 and "Is Justice for Sale in L.A.?" May 3]. We are delighted by her accurate reporting and hope she continues to expose this terrible problem that is affecting our children so adversely. We are using "Has Psychiatry Gone Psycho?" in presentations at the California Senate Judiciary Hearings to help document these problems and pass legislation in California to prevent such abuses of the court system.
