Two Sandi men were executed on March 13 for killing a Pakistani man who saw them in a "shameful situation," the Saudi Interior Ministry said in a state merit issued by the official Saudi Press Agency. In Saudi Arabia gay sex acts, often described as "shameful," are punishable by flogging or imprisonment. Murder is punishable by death--a beheading carded out with a sword in public.
Ahmed bin Shenayen bin Dhiya al-Inizi and Shaher bin Waqaaf bin Qayidh al-Ruwaily were convicted of brutally murdering Malek Zade Khan in the northern town of Arar because they feared a scandal after Khan saw them having sex.
