A local ice-cream shop is giving away ice-cream cones. To get a free cone, you have to figure out when the giveaway will be. Here are three clues:
* The giveaway will be in the first week of a month without the letter A in it.
* It will be on a day of the week that has the letter U in it.
* The month has no letter E, but the day of the week does.
