Get your stretch on - Letter to the Editor

Men's Fitness,  Oct, 2003  by Nathan Forrest

I have been a subscriber for almost a year now, and I haven't seen much about stretching and the importance of flexibility in the magazine. Failure to stretch leads to bulkiness and stiffness. Bring on mole flexibility articles!

Part of our editorial mission calls for lots of stretching information. Check these back-issue articles: "Flexibility Foul-ups" (January); "Flexibility: The Low-Back Lowdown" (February); "Flexibility Breaks" (March); "Stand Tall" (May); and "Flexible in Five" (June). And every month in Fast Track we give you a Stretch of the Month. In this very issue, take a look at "Get on the Ball" (page 54) and "Joe Cool" (page 60). Nathan, are you sure you're not talking about one of those other magazines that pretend to cover fitness?
