+ Craving a burger? Try to work out before snarfing one. A new study from Southwest Missouri State reports that three 10-minute bouts of exercise can help counteract the effects of eating a fat-filled meal. Longer exercise sessions were less successful, however, meaning a split workout may be the best way to work off a super-fatty meal.
