You can't go wrong with beans and berries. In a recent issue of the Journal of Agricultural and food Chemistry, USDA nutritionists ranked more than 100 antioxidant-rich fruits, vegetables, berries, nuts, and spices. Red beans topped the list. Here's a look at the other top power foods:
