Most in the least: take a load on your whole upper body
Men's Fitness, Jan, 2005 by Alwyn Cosgrove
Training arms is like picking up women--it pays to play it cool, You're better off working your whole body with heavy weights to build all your muscles--and let your arms come along for the ride, Try the full-body triceps extension, The movement is like a regular extension exercise, but you have to support your torso at a 45-degree angle to the floor--so the load is more than enough to stimulate your triceps (two-thirds of your upper-arm mass) into new growth while also recruiting help from your abs, shoulders, and upper back. Pretty soon, big arms will come to you--and so will the babes.
HOW TO DO IT
Place a barbell on the supports of a power rack and grab it at arm's length with an overhand, shoulder-width grip, Get into a pushup position--your body forming a straight line from head to feet and rest your weight on the bar [1], Bend your elbows (as if doing a regular extension) and lower your torso until your forehead neatly touches the bar [2].
