IF YOU THINK YOU can protect your health by puffing on "just a few" cigarettes or by not inhaling, forget it. A 22-year Danish study found that men who consumed six to nine cigarettes per day (or just one or two cigars) doubled their chances of heart attack and early death. Those who didn't inhale still increased their risk by 13 percent.
