If you're looking to maximize muscle gain while adding a little variety to your morning whole grains and your Mega Mass shakes, try this breakfast burrito: It's quick, easy and loaded with protein.
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, combine one cup of fat-free egg substitute, four teaspoons of salsa and one teaspoon of reduced-fat grated cheese. Cover with plastic and microwave for three or four minutes until cooked. Spoon the mixture into a whole-wheat tortilla, sprinkle with 1 1/2 tablespoons of soy bacon bits, roll and enjoy.
