The pullup bar hang

If you're training to scale new heights, teaching your grip muscles to hang on for dear life is a great way to improve your endurance on the mountain. The exercise: Grab a pullup bar with an overhand grip, placing your hands shoulder-width apart. Let your body hang as long as you can, Perform one set to failure at the end of your workouts. When you can hang for longer than 30 seconds, add weight by wearing a vest or a weighted belt.
