Unilateral preacher curl

Attach a U-handle to a low pulley and position a preacher bench facing the pulley. Grasp the handle with a palms-up grip and, with your arm extended over the pad, curl the handle upward, pause, return to the starting position and repeat. Finish the appropriate number of reps, then switch arms.
