Lately, I've been having trouble peeing when I wake up in the morning, even though my bladder is full. What gives?

COULD BE AS simple as the fact that, when you sleep with a full bladder, you're clamping down so hard it can take a while for your stream to get started. "If this happens only when you have a full bladder, you probably don't need to worry," says our good buddy Charles Hensley, Ph.D. in physiology. "When your bladder is full, it can be harder to pee. Sounds contradictory, but it's true.
