In most cases, no. Minute Maid's new O.J. does contain sterols-the same cholesterol lowerers found in some "heart healthy" margarines. But you have to drink at least 16 oz of the juice a day to lower your cholesterol. Over a week, that adds up to more than 1,000 extra calories--way too many to mindlessly gulp.
