Ingredients

1 small banana
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp nonfat dry milk
1 (15-gram) scoop
  protein powder
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup calcium-fortified
  orange juice

To make: Dump it all in a
blender and press "liquify."
