Grooming goddess

Erin Flaherty

Here are two lil' nasties that'll send us ladies running for the snow-covered hills. Oh, and guess what? We've noticed you've been showering less 'cause it's "cold." And we don't like it.

GOT NOSE HAIRS?

I was unaware this dilemma existed until I spent a winter in a ski chalet, tenderly gazing at the icicles hanging from the roof, then realizing my BF had tiny ones dangling from his nostrils. Precious? Not so much. Try ThermoMax Warm Cream, $20, which contains an I-arginine complex that keeps 'em from freezing over. The ThermoMax dude I called was all, like, "No comment," but I say it's worth a shot.

GOT SHOE STANK?

Chances are, your footwear equals asphyxiation. Listen up: You gotta exfoliate to get rid of the dead skin the smelly stuff gets trapped in. Buy any cheap scrub at the drugstore (like St. Ives Apricot Scrub, $3, which is for your face). If sweating's a problem, use deodorant to swipe down the soles of your feet before slipping into clean socks.
