Just attach these Power Hooks to your dumbbells and you'll work your muscles harder. The hooks simply hang on an overhead bar--for instance, a barbell set on a bench-press rack-but stay with the dumbbells as you lift. So they allow you to "rack" the dumbbells instead of lifting them from the floor before each set.
