"I have one tip that I think a lot of guys could benefit from: When my buddies and I are killing time, we let a deck of cards predict our workout, We each pull a card from a deck, and whoever pulls the highest numbered card, we all have to do that amount of pushups, But whenever someone pulls an ace or a joker, that's an automatic 10 reps. The great thing about this game is seeing if you can outlast your friends, and we all end up winning in the long run."
