Men's Fitness, March, 2002
If you're like most guys, and we're betting you are, you probably give your forearms about as much attention as you give your feet. After all, forearms are one of those body parts that are fairly low maintenance. Train them hard and they will grow, but they'll never garner as many looks as your biceps; ignore them and it's not likely they'll go to pot. But strong, limber forearms allow you to lift greater amounts of weight as well as hit a softball or golf ball farther. For supple forearms, perform this simple stretch twice a clay.
* Support yourself on your hands and knees.
* Position your hands so that your fingers point toward your knees.
* Keep your palms flat as you lean back.
* Hold for 20 seconds and repeat.
