How to establish a mind-muscle link

NEXT TIME YOU PERFORM a unilateral movement such as a one-arm press-down or an overhead extension, watch and touch the working muscle. This will facilitate the mind-muscle connection, helping you feel the contraction and get a better sense of your muscles at work. And the improved focus will lead to better growth.
