Keeping track of your eating plan has just gotten easier: The U.S. Department of Agriculture is making its nutrient database available for free download to a PDA. The program, which works with the Palm operating system, has complete nutritional information on more than 6,000 items, as well as a function that allows you to increase or decrease portion sizes.
