THE MOVE: COMBINATION PUSH-UP/ROW
How to do it:
> Place hexagonal dumbbells shoulder-width apart on the floor. Gripping the weights tightly, perform a push-up.
> Each time you push yourself up, pause, then row the dumbbell in your left hand to the side of your chest without moving your torso.
