Scarfing vitamins won't help you work out longer or speed your recovery from a major bout of lifting, according to new research from Appalachian State University. The study of marathon runners found that guys taking supplemental doses of vitamin C or E recovered from the wear and tear of their race no more quickly than guys taking absolutely nothing at all.
