Garbage: Bleed Like Me
Mac MontandonThe band that brought us alt-rock radio staples like "Stupid Girl" and "Only Happy When It Rains" (and goth-glam diva Shirley Manson) a decade ago is finally back with its first album of new material in over three years. And while plenty has changed on the airwaves and video dial since then, Garbage's sound remains as alternatively electronic and rocking as ever. Of special note for Nirvana fans: the long-awaited reunion of Foo Fighter and former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl with Garbage member Butch Vig, producer of the seminal album Nevermind. Grohl plays drums on "Bad Boyfriend" one of the CD's many killer cuts. ****
