Baked chicken breast can be boring. So we asked Steven Pratt, M.D., author of the cookbook SuperFoods Rx, to help us come up with a more flavorful alternative.
INGREDIENTS 1 tsp ginger 2 tsp soy sauce 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp chili paste 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 lb chicken breast 1/4 tsp canola oil To make: Dump the spices and chicken into a zip-lock bag. Shake well and let marinate for an hour. Add the canola oil to a nonstick skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Serve with spinach, brown rice, and peanut sauce.
