Pack-man: preparing for a two- to three-day business trip? Leave the oversize suitcase at home. All you need is a well-organized carry-on and a little creative dressing for the flight
Men's Fitness, May, 2005 by Kimberly Keily
[1] Wear it, don't pack it. Your suit jacket, that is. Store only the pants. Wear the blazer with a pair of jeans--you can go a few days on just one pair. Complete the look with the gym sneakers you'd otherwise be carrying.
[2] Stuff your dress shoes with socks and underwear to maintain shoe shape. Plus, you'll use up otherwise wasted space.
[3] Roll, don't fold, your dress pants. You'll minimize wrinkling. If they're fresh from the cleaners, ditch the hanger but roll the pants in the plastic--it'll help to prevent unwanted creases as well.

[4] Keep your grooming supplies in a separate container. Pack tubes or creams, not aerosol cans that can leak under pressure. And travel with cologne testers (get them from that hot fragrance-counter girl). Bulky bottles could break and leave clothes smelling like an 18-year-old on prom night.
[5] Stock up on the plastic laundry bags your hotel supplies when you leave. Use 'em to protect your clean (or semi-clean) clothes from dirty or damp gear.
