Men's Fitness, May, 2002
If you're tired of the same old burgers, dogs and breast, get yourself some game next time you fire up the Coleman. Deer, elk, moose, caribou and antelope, which are all classified as venison, have significantly less fat than beef or pork. (Maybe that's why Ted Nugent stays so rail thin.) Just as with any meat, trim off the fat, then grill or broil the meat slowly to keep it tender.
