Enduring a hard day at the office may be as simple as whipping up a quick homemade smoothie. We asked Jamba Juice thunder Kirk Perron, author of the new book Jamba Juice Power, for one of his favorite de-stressing blends. His pick: a mix called Pacific Passion. "This juice is high in B-vitamins, which your body needs for energy. It's also loaded with vitamin C, which helps your body resist stress," he says.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup passion fruit juice or mango juice 1 cup fresh strawberries 1/2 cup canned light peaches 1 cup pineapple sherbet 1/2 cup ice
To make: Dump all the ingredients into a blender and process on high until smooth and frothy.
Total: 460 calories, 4 g protein, 104 g carbohydrates, 2.5 g total fat, 3 g fiber
