Most standard summer Popsicles are little more than sugar water on a stick. If you're looking for a quick snack, you're better off sticking your head in the sugar bowl. Sugar-free pops are no better. Sure, they have no calories--but they're possibly the worst of artificially sweetened foods, all bitter aftertaste and flavors about as natural as toilet-bowl cleanser.
