Some CDs sound like soundtracks to movies that don't yet exist. The latest disc from Gorillaz sounds more like the soundtrack to an unmade video game. The schizophrenic collective--led again by Blur frontman Damon Albarn--has created the summer's first great party record for the PlayStation Portable generation.
