* Shopping for supplements? Pick up some vitamin E, but skip the grape-seed extract. According to a study presented at the American Association for Cancer Research's annual meeting, taking vitamin E once a day may lower your risk for prostate cancer by up to 53%. Meanwhile, despite earlier claims to the contrary, a new report from the Medical University of South Carolina found that taking grape-seed extract may not reduce your risk of developing cancer.
