MF mistress

Men's Fitness, June-July, 2004 by Sarah Hedley

An attractive girl recently began working in my office, and I can't keep my mind off her. Is it OK to ask her out, and if so, how should I do it?

--Tony, Miami, FL

Interoffice canoodling isn't just for the president anymore. In a recent survey by Janet Lever, professor of sociology at California State University, Los Angeles, 25% of those polled found their current partner at work. So unless your company has a specific policy against dating colleagues, you should ask that new girl out before someone else does. Start by employing low-level flirting, like eye contact. Then suggest a platonic lunch date. If she laughs at your jokes, touches your arm, and doesn't mention a boyfriend, she's most likely giving you the go-ahead. But if she says no, don't push it. There's a fine line between flirting and sexual harassment: cross it and you could lose more than just a potential date.

It seems to me that some women have more-sensitive breasts than others. Why is that?

--Mike, Lingle, WY

Not only does breast sensitivity vary from woman to woman, it can also drastically differ in the same woman, depending on the time of month. In general, before a woman's period, her breasts swell invitingly, but more often than not, they hurt like hell. The best way to discover whether it's safe to wade in is to start gently. Try lightly circling the palm of your hand over her nipple. Up the pressure if she arches her back and pushes her chest toward you, If she pulls away, back off.

My wife enjoys being on top, but she goes too fast and I climax too quickly. Is there any way I can slow her down without killing the mood?

--Roger, Hawley, PA

For a quick fix, try wearing a thick-ribbed latex condom, like Trojan s Magnum lubricated latex, which will drastically reduce your sensitivity and consequently increase your hang time. You should also compile a soundtrack to match your desired rhythm. Ethnomusicologists (scientists who study the cultural implications of music) at UCLA believe that fast and loud music triggers beta brainwaves that simulate the nervous system and heighten sexual arousal. So slow-grind tunes from D'Angelo or Air should have the opposite effect. Increase the BPM (beats per minute) when you're ready to head for the finish line.
